In July 2022 we hosted a panel and networking event at the Pumphouse, Winchester. The discussion was based around 'Retaining key female talent: Where are we now?'. We were joined on the panel by Dame Carolyn Fairbairn DBE, April Trubshaw, and John Whelan MBE, as well as 26 business and HR leaders. Along with rich discussion around retaining female leadership, there were also some excellent takeaways on wider talent focus. We're extremely grateful to the panel and everyone for making it such a captivating evening.

The event was so well-received that it inspired us to make this a regular forum, hence, Talking Matters was born. Our focus in on people, business, and how to get the best outcomes for all.
